This
itinerary combines polo clinics in estancias on the fringes of Buenos
Aires as well as a stay in Cordoba- the horse capital of Argentina. With
an ex 10-goaler as the resident pro, this is one place where novices and
seasoned polo players alike will enjoy. Accompanying spouses will enjoy
the tranquility of rural Argentina, as they will the tango spectacular
that marks the beginning of their trip in Argentina.
Day 1-4: Buenos Aires: Be met at the airport and transferred to the Palacio Park Duhau.
Check in at leisure before starting your private architecture tour of
Buenos Aires, accompanied by a person with an architectural
specialization.
The next day you'll go on a private city tour of Buenos Aires. A
personal shopper (extra costs) can be arranged for to guide you through
the best of porteno fashion. Tonight you'll be going for the Rojo Tango
at the Faena Cabaret, easily the most polished version of tango in town.
Preceded by dinner, you'll be watching the tango performance in an
atmospheric, smoky cabaret.
The next day is at leisure- partake of the
excellent spa facilities at the Park Hyatt or, should you be so
inspired, avail yourself of a private tango lesson(extra costs).
Day 4-7:El
Metejon Polo
Retreat to the Argentine Pampas today. With 60 horses to
cater to all levels of play, three days are entirely devoted to the
sport. "In order to learn one must devote 3 whole days to practicing in
which you become totally exhausted.(...)" says Diego Richini, owner of
El Metejon Polo.
Day 7-12: Cordoba
Transfer today to Cordoba, the horse capital of Argentina. Located at the foot of the hills near Santa Catalina, the elements of
polo, gauchos and pampas converge at the Estancia el Colibri. Waking up
to the sound of birds, the beautiful landscape of the pampas, the
Estancia el Colibri is a paradise for horse lovers. Dove hunting and
activities for children are also available.
Day 12-13:Buenos
Aires
Back in Buenos Aires, spend the day at leisure, preparing for
onward international flight the next day.

can be extended to extended to include Patagonia and the Iguazu Falls or
to continue on to Uruguay, where you'll find yourself partying in the
evenings and galloping in the pampas in the mornings! Prices are
