Luxury Travel to Fez
Fez is the
intellectual city of Morocco, and it is not
surprising as such, that the riads are named after
notable intellectuals in the Muslim tradition- the
intrepid traveller Ibn Battouta and the philosopher
Ibn Khaldun. Nor should it be surprising that the
typical 'tourist' activity in Fez should revolve
around calligraphy classes and visit to the Roman
ruins of Volubilis, although should you ever need a
spot of shopping, be sure to check out Fez's
tanneries, where leather goods can be made to order.
