Day 1: Arrive Bangkok.

Be met and transferred to the Mandarin Oriental. Day spent at leisure.

Day 2: Spend the afternoon touring Jim Thompson's house and the floating villages of the original silk weavers employed by Jim Thompson to produce his world famous silks.

By late afternoon, have an early dinner before transferring to Ayutthaya. Arriving early evening on the haunting grounds of Ayutthaya, have a private blessing ceremony on its grounds to kickstart your journey.

Day 3: Take a flight the next day to Kuala Lumpur, overnighting at the Carcosa Seri Negara.

Day 4: Drive today to Cameron Highlands, staying at the Cameron Highlands Resort. Day at leisure.

Day 5: Spend today hiking the Jim Thompson trail.

Day 6: Drive back to Kuala Lumpur for flight back to Bangkok.

Transferring to Mandarin Oriental, dinner tonight is on the Apsara rice barge.
