Day 1

Arrive KLIA airport, transfer to Carcosa Seri Negara

Accommodation at Carcosa Seri Negara  Junior suite room is on a bed and breakfast basis.




Day 2



Go on a trip to Batu Caves after breakfast.


Enroute visit Batu Caves, a sacred Hindi site is located 30min drive from KL
city. There are 272 steps to climb to see the carved statues of various deities, elaborate in form and colour within the rock façade of the
naturally formed caves.

Day 3-4


Private transfer to a village just outside Kuala Lumpur. You'll be staying in houses ranging from all-glass sheds to houses made from mud.
 

Professing an eco-luxe ethic, trips include visits to a nearby Orang Asli village.



Day 5-7



Pickup and transfer to Lumut, for your transfer to Pangkor Island. You will be staying on a private island at the Pangkor Island Resort. An interesting resort made up of houses built on stilts facing the water, you'll be able to enjoy an array of activities ranging from spa treatments to sunset cruises.

Accommodation is on bed and breakfast basis only.




Day 8



After breakfast, transfer to the jetty and onwards to the Kuala Lumpur domestic airport for your onward flight to Kota Kinabalu, where you'll be based at the beautiful Shangri-la Tanjung Aru.



Day 9


A handicraft shopping tour, shopping for the pua kumbu textiles of the Iban tribes, silver jewellery and wooden hornbill carvings, faciliated traditionally in headhunting rituals and harvest ceremonies.
 


Day 10


Romantic countryside heli-tour.

Couples will find a picnic, capped off by a traditional lotud inan massage when dropped off on a hillside near the village.


Day 11


Experience what it would be like to live in a Kampong (traditional village) by visiting
a living head-hunters village.
In Kota Kinabalu there are lots of opportunities to
interact with the local people at the markets, which sell a huge range of bizarre and beautiful products, and
you will also learn a lot about the local tribes and cultures throughout your stay.


Day 12


Arrive in style at the Kudat riviera by luxury yacht.

Day 13


Go horseriding along the beach in the morning. After lunch, take a tandem
ride paragliding for a great view over Northern Borneo.

Day 14
 

Spend a day at leisure and prepare for onward flight
