local villages looking for the unique

authentic desert cultural pieces to each

Dining
At Tierra Atacama the chef creates wonderful
meals using healthy fresh ingredients of the
area, such as quinoa, Andean potatoes and
fresh herbs. They source the best beef and
Chilean lamb, the freshest fish and seafood,
the best of the seasonal fruits and
vegetables, including from their own garden.
