Overview
The structure is composed by small houses,
restored with natural and typical Sicilian
materials, which frame a Mediterranean garden.
All the rooms, with private terrace and fully
confortable, with a panoramic view on the historical
center, have an indipendent entrance from the
garden.
Everywhere there is a Mediterranean atmosphere,
felt through sensations and colours, from West to
East.
Spending few days in Talìa means to have a
holiday in alternation between total relax in the
garden, historical-artistic itineraries and simple
walks in the desert seashores under the
Mediterranean sun.
Figures well as part
of a luxury travel itinerary through Italy.
Accommodation
Restored small houses guest the rooms, which
are on different natural levels of the
ground. Each room has the entrance from the
garden and a private terrace which overviews
the historical center of Modica.
The restoration complitely respected the
preexistences and the interiors has been
furnished with simplicity and good taste,
using pieces of furniture which tell the
“Sicilianity” and their background.
All rooms, with their colours and
atmospheres, refer to Mediterranean places and
to the different cultures that marked the
Sicilian history.
Eacch room is equipped with air conditioning,
safe, tv sat, internet access, frigobar. The
indipendent entrance opens with an electronic
card.
Service
The center of the facility is the internal
garden, a place for relaxing and open air
activities, furnished with deckchairs, hammock,
shower and conversation area.
Breakfast is served in the dining room or in the
shadow of the olive tree.
It is possibile to have breakfast in the room or
in the private terrace.
