Twelve apartments where tradition and modernisation meet together, to combine comfort and funzionality, however with meticulous detail to remain within the boundarys of the much sought-after Italian flair, characterised in each property within the estate.

Typical farmhouses, set in the profuse nature of our Tuscany, with which you share only privacy. Your stay at one of the farmhouses is an experience that involves the senses, where the sight is satisfied by the colours of the vines, or the yellow of the sunflowers and the hearing is caught by surprise by an unexpected silence, occasionally broken by the song of a bird or the whistle of the wind whispering through the trees.
These old farmhouses, restructured with respect and using traditional materials and methods of rural architecture, enchanting gardens where you can spend pleasant times with friends and family, a barbeque by the pool.
The external apparent of the farmhouses reaches into the surrounding landscape, the interiors guarantee space and commodity, particularly in the living area, the large rooms, replicate daily life of Tuscan families.

Activities

Il Borro is located in an area rich in history and traditions. Placed near the ancient route of the Via Clodia, one of the main streets of the Etruscan-Roman period, Il Borro's castle stood near the center of Tuscia medieval, a wide region between
the uncertain boundaries of the Tiber and the Arno rivers.

Hence the sight ranges on the wonderful and picturesque nature of the landscape, especially from the point where, near Arezzo, Arno reverses its course heading first south, then north towards Florence. The whole area is dominated by green hills with cypress trees, oaks, olive trees and vineyards that cover the territory in all its extension to the slopes of the mountains. Immersed in this pleasant place, guests can use our golf driving range, take part in a hunt for wild boar or pheasant, visit the castles and abbeys of the Valdarno, or retrace the footsteps of Leonardo da Vinci, and also experience the thrilling trip in a balloon or maybe take a course organized by the artisans of Borro.
