Overview

Located on a cliff top 90 metres above Kutuh Beach, nothing quite prepares you for the inspiring vistas of the Indian Ocean, tranquil sunrises and majestic sunsets and the draft of the sea waters below- the playground of dolphins and migrating whales. Exclusivity in splendid isolation, the estate is 30 minutes from airport in an area known as Bukit Peninsula, distinguished by its conglomeration of Bali's most fashionable properties(villas, private estates and boutique hotels). Alternatively, arrive in style, taking advantage of the estate's distinctive helipad and charter a helicopter from the airport, cutting your travelling time from airport to the villa to 10 minutes.

With five bedrooms and a 21 metre infinity pool, the estate is divided essentially into the master pavilion and the guest pavilion. The first contains two bedrooms, a large bathroom with double washbasins, a separate shower, outdoor bathing pavilion and massage room. The floor is black terrazzo and glass doors allow guests stunning sea views upon waking up in the morning. With its own iPod and flanked by a personal sundeck with a lovechair for two, the master pavilion houses the most luxurious commodes on the estate. The massage room with its spa style massage bed opens out into the landscaped garden. Decked out with a CD player with low mood lighting, the massage room is a perfect place for your in-house spa treatments. The master bathroom is a calming space where the dichotomy between the indoors and outdoors are temporarily suspended. A white walled bathing area contrasts against the large black terrazzo tub within the pebbled garden, where you'll find a Buddha statue and a frangipani tree. The children's bunk bedroom features bunk beds and decorated according to a nautical theme.

The guest sleeping pavilion contains three bedrooms, with three ensuite bathrooms (one of them an open-air outdoor shower area). The master guest bedroom also has its own private sundeck, along with a lovechair for two. With views into the sea from the bedroom and a flooring of white terrazzo with wood inlay, the ensuite bath contrasts white flooring against the dark bathtub, his and hers washbasins and a door from the bathroom leading to the lawn. Contains a satellite tv/dvd player and an iPod dock.

The other two guest bedrooms have glass doors opening up to the pool deck area, ensuite baths, one with twin beds and the other with the option of a twin or double bed. The latter also features a private outdoor shower adjoining a sunny walled garden besides the usual rain shower.

Continental breakfasts are complimentary and a chef and his team are on hand to serve lunch and dinner either indoors or by the pool.

Uluwatu Temple is accessible via a 10 minute drive.
