Aspen, Colorado/USA. Aspen is the most popular ski resort in America and one of the most famous in the world. Resorts in the world that can compare with Aspen can be counted on the fingers of both hands. Situated in Aspen CO nature approximately 2400 meters altitude in the Rocky Mountains. Although Aspen is best known for its image as a ski resort, its reputation for excellent après-ski is not undeserved. For those looking for champagne powder- the holy grail of skiing, head for Jackson Hole. With the Four Seasons in town and the Amangani within driving distance, luxury travelers looking to ski in this unassuming town won’t be left wanting for quality accommodation.
Cerro Cathedral/Argentina. Argentina is one of the longest and most impressive mountain ranges on the planet – the Andes. Cerro Catedral is the most famous ski resort in the whole of Latin America. Situated on a little more than 1,000 meters above sea level in a very picturesque area. The surrounding area has plenty of water, which contributes to its transformation into a world-class resort. Just below the resort is the Lake Nahuel Huapi, which is part of the National Park Nahuel Huapi. You can perfectly combine skiing and rest near the clean and pristine lakeside shores.

It is situated at the foot of the Matterhorn, more than 1600 meters altitude. The peak itself is known for its shape of a pyramid. Alps have always been a classic when it comes to winter ski vacation. It is assumed that the local ski resorts are the best in the world, the local ski slopes are regarded as the most exciting and interesting local nature – the clean and preserved, and the culture and cuisine – more than good. Zermatt itself is charming. The town has a typical mountainous appearance. The place is charming in winter when everything is covered with fluffy snow, and summer, when the steep mountain meadows covered with green carpet. Here – there see small mountain houses made of wood which gives the Alps what so typical of this part of the world casual look.
