Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Urbane Nomads LLP be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of (or the inability thereof) the materials on this site, including third party services.

IIn no event shall Urbane Nomads LLP's total liability for all damages, losses and causes of action, whether in contract, tort(including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you to Urbane Nomads LLP.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

All quotes, properties facilitated, modes of transfer and itinerary are subject to alterations due availability, currency fluctuations, political instability, acts of God and other factors out of our control. On acceptance of a quote, we require a 20% non-refundable booking deposit for confirmation of the trip. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Payments made by credit card are subject to a further bank processing charge (0-3%) All card payments on our site are protected by Thawte. The balance is due 10 weeks from departure, the full amount being payable for bookings made less than 10 weeks before departure. In the event that the total cost of your trip increases between the time of your payment of deposit and final payment due to factors like exchange rate fluctuations and fuel surcharges for example, we reserve the right to add up to 10% of your total costs. Should you decide to pay the total costs of the trip at the time of booking, this risk can be avoided.

We believe that everyone travelling with Urbane Nomads should have adequate travel insurance. Proof of adequate travel insurance-the extent and scope of coverage depending on the type of trip you're taking, is a condition of our acceptance of your booking.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have, in your possession, all the necessary documentation, visas as well as the necessary vaccinations. We regret that we cannot be responsible in the event that the client is refused entry into a country due to insufficient or unsatisfactory documentation.
